Position 1: Financial Director

Job Responsibilities:

one, financial strategy and financial planning

1.According to the company's overall strategy and goals, formulate and implement financial strategies, including budget planning, cost control, fund management, etc.

2.Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company's financial status, predict future financial trends, and formulate corresponding response strategies.

3.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the company's financial reports and comply with domestic and foreign accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

two,Trade business support

1.Work closely with the trading business team to understand the company's trading business model and needs and provide targeted financial solutions.

2.Develop and monitor financial metrics for trading operations, analyze business risks, and make recommendations to optimize business operations.

3.Manage and coordinate financial matters related to trading operations, including order processing, invoice management, accounts receivable, etc.

three,Money management and financing

1.Responsible for the company's fund raising and management to ensure the company's cash flow is stable and sufficient.

2.Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with banks and other financial institutions to provide companies with appropriate financing options.

3.ResponsibleCoordinate and design the efficiency of the company's use of funds, and maximize the value of funds in accordance with the financial policies of the country and financial institutions.

Four,Internal controls and risk management

1.Establish a sound internal control system to ensure the reliability, accuracy and compliance of the company's financial reports.Able to formulate corresponding business control processes and financial management processes based on the actual situation of the company.

2.Responsible for the management and monitoring of the company's financial risks, and timely discovery and response to potential risks

3.Coordinate internal audit efforts to ensure the soundness and compliance of the company's financial operations.

five,Financial Management and Leadership Team

1.Guide and supervise the work of the financial team, including accounting, taxation, cost accounting, etc., to ensure the efficient operation of the team.

2.Improve the professional skills and knowledge level of the team and encourage team members to continue learning and growing.

Coordinate the relationship with other internal departments to ensure the smooth development of the company's financial work.

job requirements:

1.No limit on gender, age35-45Between the ages of 1 and 2, the first academic qualification should be a bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting or related majors,10More than 10 years of experience in financial management of large-scale enterprises, including at least5Years of financial management experience in related fields in the trading industry.Priority will be given to those with corporate financial management experience with bulk metal or raw material import and export background;

2.Proficient in professional knowledge in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and cost control;

3.Have strong financial processing and financial analysis capabilities, and be proficient in using financial systems and financial data analysis tools;

4.Be familiar with the financial and business processes of trading enterprises, have relevant experience in risk control and cost control, be able to identify financial risks, and formulate relevant financial measures and processes;

5.Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Chinese Accounting Standards;Those who are familiar with national financial policies and have experience in large-amount fund management and dispatch will be given priority;

6.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders within the company;

7.Ability to remain calm under high pressure, problem solve, and provide emergency solutions in emergencies;

8.Be open to new technologies and approaches, and be willing to continually learn and adapt to changes.

9.Have a certain foundation in English and be able to read and process financial-related information in English.
